SHIPPING POLICY
At Healing Through Scripture, many of our hats are created in small batches or made especially for you. Processing times vary depending on the type of item purchased.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Ready-to-ship items are already completed and will typically be prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Many of our patch hats are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your hat to be created, quality checked, and prepared for shipping.
PREORDER ITEMS
Certain designs, including select embroidered hats, are offered as preorders and require additional production time. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after the preorder window closes for production before your order is shipped. Any specific preorder timing will also be noted on the individual product page.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom hats require additional design and production time. Estimated turnaround times will be provided with the custom-order details before purchase.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Standard U.S. shipping is $8, with an estimated carrier transit time of 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.
Please note that processing/production times and carrier transit times are separate. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order leaves our hands.
MULTIPLE FULFILLMENT TYPES
If your order contains items with different processing times—for example, a ready-to-ship item and a preorder item—the order may be shipped together once all items are ready. If items are shipped separately, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Healing Through Scripture is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
