ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our preorder and limited-release products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

PREORDERS

Preorder items are reserved and/or produced based on orders received. Once an order is placed, preorders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Please note that preorder items are not ready to ship at the time of purchase. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided on each product listing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we absolutely want to make things right if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact Healing Through Scripture within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. Eligible issues will be reviewed and resolved with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when an order issue is the result of an error by Healing Through Scripture.
